Eurorest Terms & ConditionsRules of completing and redeeming Eurorest hotel cheques in hotelsEurorest hotel cheque1. Eurorest hotel cheque is a registered document, entitling maximum 2 individuals to take advantage of free of charge accommodation or discounted accommodation and meals, in facilities included in the Catalogue of Hotels. 2. The maximum number of free of charge accommodation or discounted accommodation and meals, to be utilized with Eurorest hotel cheque, is listed in the field “Number of nights”, on the cheque form. 3. Eurorest hotel cheque can be used only once and only in a single tourist facility chosen by a cheque holder. 4. Eurorest hotel cheques may be combined, thus the accommodation period shall be extended. 5. Eurorest hotel cheque is valid starting from its issue date, to the date printed in the field marked “Expiry date”, which cannot be extended. The accommodation period should be completed on or before the hotel cheque expiry date. 6. Eurorest hotel cheque is affixed with a metallic security design or hologram, and includes the following computer-printed fields: Cheque number, Expiry date, Number of nights. The fields: First Name, Surname and Address of Residence shall be completed by a cheque holder in block capitals, using a ballpoint pen. A cheque holder shall put their signature in the field “Signature of Cheque Holder”. 7. Eurorest hotel cheque shall be deemed invalid upon its expiry date, if it has been damaged to the extent that one might question its authenticity, or completed against the rules stipulated in item 6, or should its holder fail to put their signature in the field: “Signature of Cheque Holder”. 8. No hotel cheque duplicates are issued, if a hotel cheque holder has lost or damaged their Eurorest cheque. A hotel cheque holder shall not receive the money or any other refund, for Eurorest hotel cheque that has not been utilized. Catalogue of Hotels9. Catalogue of Hotels, including the list of all facilities bound to provide services to Eurorest hotel cheque holders, can be found on the website: www.eurorest.net, and contains the following information on each facility: 9.1. Periods when Eurorest hotel cheques are honoured, are the periods when holiday centres accept Eurorest hotel cheque holders; 9.2. Daily number and kind of meals being served to Eurorest hotel cheque holders by a holiday centre; 9.3. The rates for Eurorest hotel cheque holders, binding in each facility: 9.3.1. For holiday centres offering free of charge accommodation, these are compulsory catering fees , which make up the daily rates per one adult individual, inclusive of meals and standard hotel services, as declared by a holiday centre. 9.3.2. For holiday centres offering discounted accommodation with meals, these are discounted daily rates, which make up the rates per one adult individual, inclusive of meals and standard hotel service, as declared by a holiday centre. Rights and duties of holiday centres10. Holiday centres shall accept Eurorest hotel cheque holders, as per the Terms and Conditions herein. 11. Holiday centres shall provide the persons who wish to redeem their Eurorest hotel cheques with the minimum of 2 meals per day during the entire period of stay. 12. Holiday centres shall collect and retain Eurorest hotel cheques upon a cheque holder’s arrival. 13. In case there are no vacancies at the period suggested by Eurorest cheque holder, even at the periods when Eurorest hotel cheques are honoured, holiday centres reserve the right to refuse the reservation. 14. Holiday centres may decline to provide services to Eurorest hotel cheque holder, or terminate the services provision forthwith, shall a hotel cheque holder fail to comply with the rules stipulated in the Terms and Conditions herein, or infringe the rules of the holiday centre. Rights and duties of Eurorest hotel cheque holders15. Prior to the arrival to a holiday centre, Eurorest hotel cheque holder, shall directly and individually contact a particular holiday centre in order to make a reservation, and confirm the rates for Eurorest hotel cheque holders, binding in the holiday centre. 16. Eurorest hotel cheque holder shall individually choose the date and length of accommodation in a holiday centre, as well as inform the holiday centre staff on the above mentioned data along with the hotel cheque number, upon making a reservation. 17. Eurorest hotel cheque redeeming is conditioned by making advance payment for the planned accommodation period per each adult individual, as per the rates binding in the holiday centre at the particular period when cheques are honoured. The rates are listed in the holiday centre offer, included in the Catalogue of Hotels described in item 9 herein. 18. Eurorest hotel cheque holder shall make their own round trip travel arrangements. 19. When taking advantage of additional paid services offered by a holiday centre, such as: sports facilities, phone, additional beds, parking and etc., Eurorest hotel cheque holder shall cover those services as per the rates and within the periods specified in the holiday centre rules, or as agreed individually. |
