How can I plan?
You decide when, with whom and which hotel you visit. You also specify for how long you wish to stay in the chosen place, because with a Eurorest hotel cheque, you and your accompanying person will enjoy from 1 to 14 free nights or discounted accommodation and board.
A hotel cheque can be used within 12 months from the date of issue, which is printed on the front of your cheque. If you do not want to take a holiday this season you can use your 14 free nights during the next season.
You can plan when you want to take a holiday and check which hotel or guesthouse will accept the cheque. In order to check this you can use the Advanced search engine in the Hotel Catalogue. Be aware that not all hotels that are listed in the Hotel Catalogue accept Campaign Participants throughout the year. Some of them give a specified period within which cheque owners may take full advantage of this promotion.
If you have already received the ordered cheque and chosen the hotel at which you wish to use it, call and book your stay. When booking please don't forget to inform that you are going to use a cheque in order to receive free nights. Phone numbers and other useful data for contacting the hotel can be found in the Hotel catalogue. Eurorest does not partcipate in bookings. According to the Eurorest Terms & Conditions the Campaign Participants are obliged to book personally.
In the description of every hotel that accepts the Eurorest cheques you will find information about the languages that are spoken by the hotel staff. This might be important if you plan to spend your stay abroad. To select the hotels at which you will not have a communication problem please use our Advanced search engine in the Hotel Catalogue. Planning the stay in another country please consider the distance to the chosen hotel, town or area. As you may know Eurorest does not provide transport. To reach your chosen hotel or guesthouse you will need to organise transport for yourself, so keep in mind that the distance of your journey could raise the cost of your holiday. |
