If you already have a hotel cheque, know with whom and where you want to stay, don't forget to book a room at your chosen hotel. According to the Eurorest Terms & Conditions, Campaign Participants are obliged to make bookings on their own, in a way that is convenient for them, e.g. by phone, fax or e-mail.

Good to know...

In the description of every hotel that accepts the Eurorest cheques you will find information about the languages that are spoken by the hotel staff. This might be important if you plan to spend your stay abroad. To select the hotels at which you will not have a communication problem please use our Advanced search engine in the Hotel Catalogue.

In the case that the hotel chosen by you will be fully booked in the period you propose, it will send you back a form with a list of other periods when there will be rooms available. If you decide to stay at the hotel during another period, fill in the form & send it back to the hotel. Remember that the booking form can be used only in hotels having a facsimile at their disposal.

Why do I booK on my own?

This rule of personal booking has a lot of advantages. Although there are some disadvantages that cannot be underestimated, the number of advantages outnumbers them.

Advantages:

personal booking helps to avoid the misunderstandings and understatements related to a mediation in booking
people who book on their own have the opportunity to discuss a possible change or cancellation of the reservation
when contacting a chosen hotel personally, Campaign Participants have the opportunity to ask additional questions regarding their stay, attractions in the town or region, or agree other issues of extra services, etc.
in the case that the chosen hotel does not have any free places in the time indicated by the Campaign Participant, a new, suitable date can be proposed and considered immediately
when booking personally, the Campaign Participant can verify the credibility of the Eurorest Campaign & see how incredibly good our promotion is

Disadvantages:

communication problems with hotel staff due to ignorance of foreign languages
necessity to spend some time on booking
cost of a local/regional/international phone call (only applicable if a hotel is contacted by phone)
